Do you accept orders placed outside of the USA?
 

Sure do, I take orders worldwide!
 

What shipping method do you use?
 

I ship via USPS First Class Mail for domestic packages, and USPS First Class International Mail for international packages.  
 

How do you package your orders?
 

Charms are packaged in clearbags and sent in bubble mailers.  All of my prints are also put in waterproof clear bags, but with rigid chipboard to keep them from bending, and shipped flat in bubble mailers.  Postcard and square size prints have the same treatment, but are sent in regular envelopes to save on shipping costs and carbon footprint! 
 

What payment methods do you take?
 

PayPal only.
 

PayPal accepts almost every currency and card, and you don't need an account to pay, so please don't worry!  In the future, I will be able to accept other forms of payment as well, but this is the best for me right now. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 All orders, (excluding preorders) are shipped within a week!  I usually have your stuff at the post office in about 2-4 business days, though for international orders, and during the school year, this may take longer.  (Please remember I am one person in school full time!) Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. 

If you order a combination of preorder items, and in stock items, I will wait to ship them all together to save on shipping costs!  Please be aware of this.

Do you sign your prints and books?

Do you have a small print version of [x] large print?

For some large prints, yes!  Please check the 5 x 7" print section to see if the print you were looking for is there.

Help, my purchase was damaged in the mail, what should I do?

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience!  Please contact me at hello@rainymint.co with your name and order number, so I can check to see if there's a tracking number on your package.  If there isn't a tracking number, I'll mail out a replacement for you.  For domestic orders, I may ask that you wait at least two weeks, and for international orders, 8 weeks, before replacements are shipped.

My order arrived, but an item is missing!

Oh no, I apologize if this ever happens!  Please contact me at: hello@rainymint.co with your order number so I can mail you the missing items!
