Sure do, I take orders worldwide!

What shipping method do you use?
 

I ship via USPS First Class Mail for domestic packages, and USPS First Class International Mail for international packages.  
 

Do you do rush shipping/2-day shipping?

If you'd like to arrange for rush shipping via USPS, this is still possible during COVID.  Please email me first so we can discuss this ahead of time, and so I can make a personal invoice for you!  It will cost extra due to the cost of rush shipping.

Please note that this is not applicable to pre-order items.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders, (excluding preorders) are shipped within a week, typically at the end of the week they were ordered, to then be picked up the following morning!  During the holidays, this may take longer due to post office closures, weather related issues, etc.  (Please also remember I am not a team, but one person!)

If you order a combination of preorder items, and in stock items, I will wait to ship them all together to save on shipping costs!  Please be aware of this.

Can you gift wrap my item(s)?

For gift wrapping, please add gift wrap to your cart.  Images of the gift wrap are also present in the listing.  Please provide the text for the handwritten gift note in the order notes at checkout. 

How do you package your orders?
 

Acrylic and epoxy charms, as well as enamel pins, are packaged in clear bags and/or jewelry pouches, and sent in bubble mailers.

All of my prints are also put in waterproof clear bags, but with rigid chipboard to keep them from bending, then shipped flat in bubble mailers.  Postcard and square size prints have the same treatment, but are sent in regular envelopes to save on shipping costs and carbon footprint! 
 

What payment methods do you take?
 

If it exists, I probably accept it!  I accept the usual credit cards, as well as services like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay, all via Shopify. Please refer to the graphic at the bottom of any page to see which services are available! 

For the first few hours of pre-orders, I do not accept PayPal, but I reenable it after the initial rush is over.  I send out a tweet when I do this, so please keep a lookout for this if PayPal is a payment method you'd like to use.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders, (excluding preorders) are shipped within a week!  I try to have your stuff picked up within 7 business days, though for international orders, and during the holidays, this may take longer.  (Please remember I am one person, not a team!)

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.  Due to COVID-19, and issues with the USPS, please allow even more time to these estimates.

Do you have a small print version of [x] large print?

For some large prints, yes!  Please check the 5 x 7" print section to see if the print you were looking for is there.

Help, my purchase was damaged in the mail, what should I do?

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience!  Please contact me at hello@rainymint.co with your name and order number, so I can check to see if there's a tracking number on your package.  If there isn't a tracking number, I'll mail out a replacement for you.  For domestic orders, I may ask that you wait at least two weeks, and for international orders, 8 weeks, before replacements are shipped.

My order arrived, but an item is missing or a different item was inside!

Oh no, I apologize if this ever happens!  Please contact me at: hello@rainymint.co with your order number so I can mail you the missing or proper items!
